East River Housing is located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, just south of the entrance ramp to the Williamsburg Bridge and west of FDR Drive, with buildings at 453, 455, 457, 473, 475 & 477 FDR Drive and at 568, 570, 572, 573, 575 & 577 Grand Street as shown in the aerial view to the right.
